Design concept development of a mobile application for airline ticket booking

This application had a complex logic and to solve many user and business problems, it was necessary to develop deeper maps in the empathy phase as well as information architecture

The design was realized in black and white themes at the request of the customer. All requirements regarding the new project identity were also taken into account

Usability tests of the old design were conducted and based on that, performed optimization of the logic to improve the user experience
